- The outer layer is 4.0 ounces of heat-insulating and fire-resistant tanned leather, which remains soft even after multiple immersion or washing;
- The insulation layer is a composite material of 8.0 ounces of flame-retardant nitrile chlorinated polyester velvet and Gore RT7100 waterproof and breathable fabric;
- 4-inch long 10.5 ounce Nomex double-layer knitted wristband, sewn to the outer and inner layers of the glove respectively;
- The sewing thread is high-strength Kevlar thread, with double thread locking needle sewing;
- All seams are sealed with DuPont silicone sealant to prevent liquid infiltration.
